Media Release Policy

Mortuary Media LLC uses the photos, videos, audio, stories, and obituary details you provide solely to produce the tribute services your family requests.

Nothing published without family approval

Tribute films, memorial pages, obituaries, and print pieces are shared with the family for approval before they are printed, published, or distributed. If your family prefers a piece to remain private, it remains private.

Third-party media

Families are responsible for confirming they have permission to submit any third-party photos, music, or other media. Please do not submit material you do not have rights to use.

Public showcase

We only share family work in our public portfolio ("Our Work") with the family's permission. You can withdraw permission at any time by emailing love@mortuarymedia.com.

Storage

We store working files during production and for a reasonable period after delivery to support revisions. On request we will remove your family's materials from active storage.
