Terms of Service

By engaging Mortuary Media LLC for memorial programs, tribute films, memorial websites, obituary writing, keepsake design, livestream, or related services, you agree to these terms.

Scope of work

Deliverables, pricing, and turnaround are agreed in writing before production begins. Add-ons and revisions may adjust price and timeline.

Family approval

Tribute media is not published, printed, or distributed without family approval. We share drafts for review and refine the piece with you.

Family responsibilities

• You confirm that you have permission to submit any third-party photos, music, or media provided to us.
• You will provide reasonably timely review of drafts so we can meet the service date.
• You will disclose imminent service dates at intake so we can prioritize.

Fees

Package pricing is listed on the pricing page and confirmed in your proposal. Custom requests are quoted separately. Payment terms are set out in the engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat family materials with care and confidentiality. We do not share your family's story publicly without written consent.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable at issue.
