Mortuary Media LLC ("we," "us") builds tribute media for grieving families. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What you share with us

To create tribute programs, memorial films, obituaries, memorial websites, and related keepsakes, families provide photos, videos, stories, dates, family details, service details, and contact information. This material is used solely to produce the memorial media you request.

How we use your information

• To design, write, film, print, and deliver the tribute you commissioned.
• To communicate with you about drafts, approvals, and delivery.
• To route your inquiry to the right team member.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not publish memorial content — draft or final — without family approval.
• We do not use your family's photos or stories for marketing without written consent.

Third-party photos and media

Families are responsible for having permission to submit third-party photos, music, and other media used in tribute pieces.

Data retention

Working files are retained for a reasonable period after delivery so that we can support revisions. On request, we will remove your family's source materials from active storage.
