Refund & Revision Policy

Memorial media is deeply personal work. We build revision rounds into every package so the final piece feels right to the family.

Revisions

• Every package includes two rounds of revisions per deliverable.
• Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate quoted in advance.
• Rush revisions for imminent services are prioritized whenever possible.

Approval

Nothing is printed, published, or distributed without family approval. Please review drafts promptly so we can meet your service date.

Cancellations

• Before production begins: full refund minus any consulting or intake time already performed.
• After production begins: a partial refund reflecting completed work.
• After final delivery and approval: no refund, but revisions remain available under the terms above.

Print and physical goods

Printed programs and physical keepsakes are custom-made and cannot be returned once produced. If there is a print defect on our end, we will reprint at no cost.
